For instance, the Tamil Brahmins moved TO and FRO from Central Tamil Nadu by the means of Palakkad Hole, finding their new homes to Palakkad in Kerala during the 15th century to 18th century. Also, this resulted in Palakkad's Tamil flavored Malayalam.
