Sharing a few recent cases that highlight the diverse of surgical presentations in daily practice, ranging from planned elective procedures to acute trauma care. 🔹 Case 1: Epidermal Inclusion Cyst (Images 1). in the dorsum of hand. Presentation: A well-circumscribed, subcutaneous nodule on the dorsum of the hand. Intervention: Complete surgical excision of the cyst wall to minimize recurrence risk.
